This Austrian brand specialises in potato products, with a focus on rösti. 11er originated from Wilhelm Grabher & Co, established in 1941. In 1971, they started to process potatoes into French fries. Since then, they have grown significantly and have invested in quality systems. Sustainability is high on their agenda; they are even climate neutral! Our assortment in the Netherlands consists of artisan rösti rounds, bacon rösti rounds, mini-rösti rounds and loose rösti.
